He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Leggate; his granddaughter Serena; and his parents, Heather Dunham and Hilda Dunham. He is survived by: his children, Connie Burke, Cathy Dunham and Steve Dunham; and his grandchildren, Austin, Dawson, Nolan and Sophie.
