It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mirdza Veronica Znotins (Sarnia, Ontario), who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Stasis Znotins; her daughters, Lucy of Bright's Grove and Ruth (Michael Monette) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Richard and Nina Monette; her cousins, Inese Flude Toronto (Greg) and Andris Cernavskis (Cathryn); her nieces, Mary Easton Oakville (Doug), Sylvia Charbonneau Toronto (Brian) and Bonnie Murray (Doug); and her parents, Roberts Sirons and Zenija Sirons.
Due to the current COVID 19 restrictions a private service and interment will take place at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, 180-663 Colborne St., London, N6B 2V3, the Alzheimer's Society, 8-420 N. East St., Sarnia, N7T 6Y5 or a charity of one's choice.
