He was predeceased by: his father Carlo; his mother-in-law Vittorio; and his brother-in-law Vincenzo Caschera. He is survived by: his wife Maria (Caschera); his children, Roberto Scaccia, Pasqua Bucci (Antonio), Sandra Scaccia and Bennardina Scaccia (Lou Ciotoli); his grandchildren, Erica Bucci, Danielo Bucci, Vanessa Bucci, Amanda Barry (James), Victor Laranja, Mario Ciotoli, Giuliana Ciotoli and Siena Ciotoli; his great grandchild Elizabeth Barry; his siblings, Antonio, Bruno, Frank Scaccia, Orazia Tersigni, Anna Scaccia, Tina Scaccia, Donata Barbieri and Maria Parise; and his siblings-in-law, Antonio Caschera (Natalina), Mario Riggi (Speranza) and Ascenzo Caschera (Teresa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
