He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Louise Schwab (Taylor); his daughter Cynthia Schwab; and his granddaughter Rachel. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Stephen Schwab (Margaret) and Deborah Ellis (Jim); his girlfriend Gisela Malik; his grandsons, Jason (Sheri) and Timothy (Janis); and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Owen, Kaitlin and Mathew.
