As Joe departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joe may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joe leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cowley and Mary Cowley. He is survived by: his wife Vickie (Gillis); his children, Christopher and Kelli Houle (Brandon); his grandchildren, Rhyan, Charleigh and Andie; and his sister MaryAnn Boucher (late Brian). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
At Joe's request cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 431 Christina St. N. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
