Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joanne Rosetta leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jim Garwood and Rosetta Garwood; her children, Tracy Cochrane (Frank Massa) and Jody Rathier (John Rathier); her great grandchildren, Sophia Grace and Mia Lynn; and her siblings, Tammy Allan and Gary Garwood. She was also cherished by grandmother to her 15 grandchildren.
