He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth (Brad). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, David (Julia) and Eric (Roxanne); his siblings, Pete (Barb) and Ann (late Bruce); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Lia, Michael, Channa and Gage.
