He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Gregory Chalmers (Sam) and Leighsa Chalmers (Dan); his grandchildren, Austin, Joshua, Jace, Jenelle, Avrie, Jerrica, Justice, Julysa, Rayne, Ellie, Benson, Lucas and Max; his mother Jeanne Chalmers (Joe); his siblings, Steve Chalmers (Linda), Terry Chalmers (Marie) and Susan LeBelle (Yvon); his son Michael Clayton; and his father Donald Chalmers.
As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation.
