He was predeceased by: his former wife Alice De Roeck. He is survived by: his wife Lynn De Roeck; his children, Ingrid Van Heijst (Jacob), Robert De Roeck (Trudy) and Kelly Dowswell (Ken); and his grandsons, Marcel Van Heijst (Crystal) and Nicholas Van Heij.
