He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blair and Eileen Blair. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Blair; his children, Tasha (Rob) and Ben; his grandchildren, Esme and Gwen; and his siblings, Tom (Vicky) of Florida, Suzanne of Michigan and Judy (Steve) of Ontario.
