He is survived by: his children, Phil Jay (Joyce), Diana Jay (Steve Nutt), Chris Jay (Karen) and Patrick Jay; his grandchildren, Richard, Keith, Kevin, Andrew, Courtney and Kalli; his siblings, Cecile Scott (late Don), Mary Richards (Dick) and Richard Jay (Valerie); and his sister-in-law Virginia Jay.
