He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Belle Wise; his stepfather Orlo Eugene Wise; and his brother John Charles Reardon.
Carroll also made regular donations to the Sarnia schools and churches in support of the local children so they would be able to have the tools that would be needed to succeed in life.
