She was predeceased by: her husband Julien VanGoethem; and her parents, Charles Heap and Mary Heap. She is survived by: her children, Kay Bertalan (Steve), B. C., Sally Vonk Sarnia (Tony), Paul Goldsmith Sarnia (Leanne), Sarah Good London (Todd), Cindy Hatfield Sarnia (George) and Randy VanGoethem (Sarnia); her grandchildren, Meighen, Bryan Vonk, Alicia Meloche, Trevor Goldsmith, Sean Goldsmith, Patrick, Ryan Tisdale, Brittany, Dalton Good and Amy Kennedy; her great grandchildren, Breyelle, Bella, Isabel, Levi and Hunter; her sister Doreen; and her former husband Roy Goldsmith.
