She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Metcalfe and Violet Metcalfe (Day); her daughter Enid; and her siblings, Yvonne, John'Jack' and William.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the All Faith Chapel (1092 Victoria Rd, Sydney, NS B1N1L1). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Betty asked that donations be made to the SPCA.
