He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Noreen Jacobs (Shaw); his children, Sarah Visser (Peter), Stephen Jacobs (Sarah), Paul Jacobs (Tiffany) and Mark Jacobs (Elisha); his parents, Simone Vandenbilcke (late Prosper) and Andre Jacobs; and his siblings, Eric Jacobs (Cathy), Brenda Cole (Allan) and Randy Jacobs (Rina). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
