He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kevin Campbell, David Campbell and Christine Campbell; his siblings, Patricia McNulty (Jim), Cindy Lee (Paul Pavlovets) and Duke Kelly (Deb); his grandchildren, Emma, Adam and Avery; and his parent Hazel Lorraine Kelly (Wright). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
