William Gilbert Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2023, at the age of 75, William Gilbert of Saint-Thomas, Ontario, born in Thunder Bay, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sirkka Gilbert (Lankinen); his sons, Arthur Gilbert and Andrew Gilbert (Ruth); his grandchild Riley; and his parents, Robert Gilbert and Ruth Gilbert (Fenton). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
As per William's wishes, his body has been donated to the Anatomy Department at the University of Western, Ontario. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
