It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William George Beattie (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), born in Tillsonburg, Ontario, who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Charles "Ted". He is survived by: his spouse Leigh Beattie (Smith); his children, Bridget Wall (Ben) and Troy Beattie (Janet); his stepchildren, Darren Fawcett (Nancy) and Kelly Fawcett (Tyla); his grandchildren, Tyler, Megan, Gregory, Mason and Griffin; his siblings, Carolyn Benwell (Wayne), Don Beattie (Shelly), Deb Pinnoy (Robert) and Pam Fletcher (Dennis); and his parent Edna "Ruth" Beattie (McCord). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
