He was predeceased by: his grandchild Jaden Wood; his sister Joy Faulkner; and his parents, Walter Wood and Hazel Wood. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne Wood; his children, Matthew Chute (Kim Morrison) of London, Lisa Waite (Ian) of Pelee Island and Michael Wood (Rachel) of St. Thomas; his grandchildren, Amy Dickson (Brad) of London, Maddie Chute of London, Emme Chute of London, Britlee Wood of St. Thomas and Lily Richardson of St. Thomas; his siblings, Judy Moore (late Del) of Jarvis and Kathe Riguidel (Dave) of Steinbach, MB; and his parents-in-law, Tom and Barb McCormack of Burlington. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
