It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Willemina Groeneweg (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Markus "Max" Groeneweg; and her parents, Jan VanDalen and Adriana VanDalen. She is survived by: her children, Bastiaan Groeneweg (Marilyn), John Groeneweg (Karen), Pete Groeneweg (Marcella), Adriana Pennings (Frank), Theo Groeneweg (Yolanda), Arnold Groeneweg (Henrietta), Wilma van Eyk (Arie) and Connie Prol (Ron); her siblings, Leen (Betz VanDalen), Sya (Piet Groeneweg), Pieta (Theo) and Arnold (Coby VanDalen); and her siblings-in-law, Bastiaan, Janie, Mike, Eva De Vries, John, Coby, Corrie Davelaar, Donna, Jan, Nellie De Boer, Dick and Truus Groeneweg. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 68 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
