He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Rhea; and his brother Edwin. He is survived by: his children, John (Michelle), Tammy Goulden (Mike) and Josh; his grandchildren, Brandon (Amy), Andrew (Rochelle), Dylan (Shayna), Jessica, Jason and Brooke; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Mason; and his siblings, Wanda Mazur (John), Uncle, Heath (Miranda), Dean (Katie) and Haley Everitt (Wade). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and 9 cousins.
