He was predeceased by: his nephew Stephen Todd Lysko; and his parents, Theodore R. Clark and Velma Clark (Meredith). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Luba Clark (Lysko); and his siblings-in-law, Tony Lysko, Bill Lysko, Shirley and Irene Lysko. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.
