He was predeceased by: his father Gary Forbes. He is survived by: his spouse Kristen Bryans; his children, Morgan Bryans, Matthew, Justin, Carter McBurney and Maddox Forbes; his parent-in-law Beverley Bryans; and also, Margaret and Jim Knight.

Due to Covid-19 a private family celebration of life will be held.
