He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Christenson and Dora Christenson; his sister Doreen Tobin; and his daughter Andrea Christenson. He is survived by: his spouse Rosemarie Christenson; his children, Becki Miller (Matthew) and Adam Christenson; his grandchildren, Tyler Gordon (Katie Brown) and Brady Gordon; his great grandchild Kaleb Gordon; his sibling Bruce Christenson (Anita); and his sibling-in-law Susan Carnegie (Dale). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
