It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vonda Chaulk (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), born in Stratford, Ontario, who passed away on November 12, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Elizabeth Cubberley and Donald Alexander Murray; and her brother Tom Murray. She is survived by: her son Duane Chaulk (Missy); her grandchildren, Jessica and Alex; her siblings, Judy Hartman (Terry) of Stratford, Dean Murray of Goderich and Dennis Murray of British Columbia; her sibling-in-law Laurie Murray of Kitchener; her aunt Alma; her uncle Bob White; and her nieces and nephews, Emily, Melissa (Sam), Dustin (Genevieve) and Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the STEGH Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
