He is survived by: his wife Jo Purvis; his daughter Cheryl Balsden (Josh); his grandchildren, Brooke, Caleb, Henry and Stacie Hearn; his great grandchildren, Brinley and Leah; his siblings-in-law, Rick Newson (Judy) of Brantford and June MacDonald (Dave) of London; and his father-in-law Ray Newson.
