Tony Faseruk Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2020, Tony Faseruk (Saint-Thomas, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Marie Anne Yaniuk. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Dave (Charlotte Taylor) and Don (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Derek, Rashelle, Andrew, Abbie and Sam.

A celebration of Tony's life will be held at Central United Church when COVID-19 restrictions are withdrawn.

If desired, donations to Central United Church or Aplastic Anemia & Myelodysplasia Association of Canada (AAMAC) would be appreciated.
