She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edward "Ted" Smith; her son Scott Bakker (Sharron); her granddaughter Ruby; her son Bryan Bakker (Anita); her grandchildren, Ilea, Chloe and Alex; her siblings, Dirk Posthumus, Klaas Posthumus (Yvonna), Shirley Hokke (Peter) and Ingrid Posthumus (Dave Schyvenaars); her nieces and nephews, Chad, Dallas, Landon, Johnathan, Melissa, Jarrett, Jake, Petrina, André, Michael and Mitchell; and her parents, Jacob Posthumus and Maaike Posthumus (Wynsma). She was also cherished by extended family and friends.
