He was predeceased by: his sister Evelyn; and his parents, George Cook and Helene Cook. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Harris and Susanne Freeman (Rick); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Abby, Thomas and Erica; and his siblings, Sandy Paton, Mike Cook and Jerry Holden.

Due to Covid 19 a private family service will be held.
