He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Beattie and Elizabeth Beattie; his wife Elizabeth; his daughter Samantha; and his sister Patsy Ann Dallas.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions and consistent with Tom's wishes there will be no public funeral or visitation.
