She was predeceased by: her brother Dennis Lewis; and her parent William Lewis. She is survived by: her spouse Michael; her children, Cindy Taylor, Kevin Caldwell (Norah) and Sue (Brent Gagnier); her sibling Michael Lewis (Jane); her grandchildren, Michelle, Jaime, Lisa, Katelyn, Dylan, Wyatt (Becky), Corrie and Jenna; and her parent Beatrice Lewis (Marr). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations may be made to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital in memory of Sylvia.
