She was predeceased by: her spouse William P. Chapman; her brothers, Jack Ramsey and Thomas Ramsey; and her parent Thomas Ramsey. She is survived by: her child Randy Chapman (Nancy); her grandchildren, Sarah Fitzgerald (Mike) and Ashley Chapman Machado (Josh); her great grandchildren, Max, Declan, Amaya and Nuno; and her parent Jenny Ramsey (Cook).
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society, the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital or to the charity of choice.
