He is survived by: his sons, Kevin (Ronda), Jason (Krista) and Brian (Rose); his grandchildren, Kayla (Alexis), Dawson, Emily, Allison (Tyler), Lynzee, Logan and Miles; his stepgrandchildren, Noah and LeeAnn; his great grandchildren, Charlie and Riley; his sister Karen Lee Smith; the mother of his children Wanda Smith (Pavey); his close friends, Steve and Lisa; and also Alexis.
