He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Daphne Ferguson (Thorndycraft). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ferguson (Muddle); and his siblings, Susan Brown (Dave), Sandra Lynch (Bill), Sharon Cummings (John) and Shelly VandenBrock. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews and 24 great nieces and nephews.
