He is survived by: his parents, William Neil and Valerie Neil (Carter); his children, Lauryn and Carter Neil; the mother of his children Lisa Neil; and his brothers, Michael Neil (Wendy) and Darren Neil (Crystal). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
