With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Pauline Barned (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), born in Welland, Ontario, who passed away on September 25, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Barned; her son John Barned (Daphne); her grandson Vincent; her sisters, Dorothy Van Natter, Sandra Hill, Doris Cook and Beatrice Fisher; and her parents, Nettie Bull (Howard-Abel) and Sam Bull.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Barned (Diane), Harold Barned (Louanne), Lynn Reid (Wilf), Eva Macedo (Al) and Jennifer Grimoldby (Don); her grandchildren, Michael, Aliea, Jeffrey, Willy, Dennis, Janelle, Shayna, Kailey, Joey and Abigail; and her siblings, Rose May and Harold Fisher Jr.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada.
