She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Clarence Vankoughnett; her children, Deb Whitcroft (Larry), Gerry Vankoughnett (Sandy) and Glenn Vankoughnett (Sheila); her siblings, Bill Hayes (Diane), Rusty Hayes (Laura) and Rick Hayes (Patty); and her parents, Lloyd Hayes and Maud Hayes (Rutter). She was also cherished by her 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
