It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Roger Scott (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 96, on March 22, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wives, Mary (Shook) and Elsie (Lester); his close friend Marie Thompson; his siblings, Robert (Anne), Donald (Doris) and Beryl; and his parents, Mac Shook and Leeta Shook.
He is survived by: his children, Janice and Merv Reid; his grandchildren, Dan, Lynn Axford, Mandy Axford, Rob Vilar and Hamilton; his great grandchildren, Connor, Sophia, Jaxson, Grace, Fin Vilar and Hamilton; and his stepchildren, Susanne, Dan Lankin (Bethany), Michael, Patty Lester, Langley, B. C., Virginia, Bruce McCallum and Scott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Even during the pandemic, he was able to enjoy fun window/outside visits, where the children brought balloons and placards to cheer him up.
