He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Tobin. He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie Jean Tobin (Mansell); his children, Philip, Jeffrey, Gary (Cathy), Laura Sherret (Chad) and Tom; his grandchildren, Jolene, Michael, Ben, Rachel and Amanda; and his parent Annie Tobin. He is also survived by his brother and sisters and nieces and nephews.
