He is survived by: his wife Ann Rutter; his children, Lynne (Ravi), Bruce (Anita), Deborah (Sam), James (Amy) and Susan (Mike); his stepdaughter Pat; his grandchildren, Michael, Andrew, Kyla, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Kate, Ryan, Matthew and James; his great grandchildren, Mia, Luke, Wyatt and Jude; and his friend Ann Rutter.
