He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Glendola. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his son Jason Hallyburton (Fannie); and his brothers, Roland Hallyburton and Roy Hallyburton. He is also survived by his in-laws, and many nieces, nephews.
