He is survived by: his parent Rita Smith; his spouse Bernice Smith (Wylie); his children, Dave Smith (Mary), Donna Smith-Sutton and Debbie Crawford (John); his grandchildren, Joe Smith (Kelly), Robert Crawford, Dan Crawford, Fallon Smith, Elise Sutton and Travis Sutton; and his great grandchildren, Rylee Teetzel, Calie Sutton, Cailen Sutton, Daniel Sutton and Izabelle Smith.
