He is survived by: his spouse Jean Powers (Ross); his children, Dawn Powers (Daryl), Shawn Powers (Kim) and John Powers; and his brothers, Gary Powers (Kathy) and Bill Powers. He is also survived by great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
