He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Brooks (late Norma), Marjorie "Peg" Riese (Hilmer) and Joseph Brooks (Cathy); and his parents, Milo Brooks and Verle Brooks (Gast).
He is survived by: his children, Lori McFarlane (John) and Mark Brooks (Barbra); his grandchildren, Katherine Lockwood (Eric), Jessica Nelhams (Justin), Ashley Brooks and Skylar McFarlane; his great grandchild Bryden Lockwood; and his siblings, Edith Langford (late Charlie) and Richard Brooks (Earlene). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
