Rita Johanna Tadema Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2019, at the age of 78, Rita Johanna Tadema (Saint-Thomas, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Caroline "Carrie" Mannsfeldt (David); her sister Gina Barber (Ted); and her parents, Hendrik De and Hennie Van De (Seinen). She is survived by: her husband Andrew "Andy" Tadema; her daughters, Monica Hoke (Barry) and Kathie VanWieren (Rick); and her siblings, Bonny Mossip (late Donald) and George Van De Belt (Thea). She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital (Chemo Unit).
