Randy Stuart Noels Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2022, at the age of 64, Randy Stuart Noels of Saint-Thomas, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, April (Roy) and Robert (Jackie); and his parents, Robert Noels and Arlene Noels (Godby). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Noels (McDonald); his son Michael Noels (Brittany); his adoptive children, Rob Toomer and Shawn Crawford; his siblings, Brian (Connie), Tim (Becky), Barb (Frank) and Kathy (Laurence); and his pet Freeya. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Thomas or to the charity of one's choice.
