It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Rae Wachowiak (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on January 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Wachowiak (Rachel Taylor) and Jodi Wachowiak; her grandchildren, Nicolas Dewitte and Jasmin Lamont; her brothers, Donald Vaughan (Barb) and Fred Vaughan (Michelle); and her nephew Justin Vaughan (Alaina).
