It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Auckland (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Douglas Auckland; her sister Marjorie Lorraine; and her parents, Rosetta Esther (Parolin) and Ernest Luther Latimer. She is survived by: her brother Willard Ernest Latimer; her cousin Ada Millman; her children, Sandra (Mortensen), Joan Auckland (Oakville), David (Auckland), Steve (Auckland) and Richard (Auckland); her grandchildren, Anne Murphy (Colin) of Ottawa, Lorie Pidgeon (Jay) of Oakville, Chris Mortensen (Secaucus), Jonathon Auckland (Laura) of St. Thomas, Geoffrey Auckland of Talbotville and Katie Auckland of Talbotville; her great grandchildren, Violet, Cameron, Connor Murphy, Hadley and Avery Pidgeon; her friend Fran Jones (Mueller); and her son Steven. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren and friends.
