Petronella Vandermyden Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2024, at the age of 89, Petronella Vandermyden (Saint-Thomas, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Petronella Vandermyden to pay them a last tribute.

Though Petronella may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Petronella touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her husband Johannes "Joe" Vandermyden; and her children, Adrian Vandermyden and Jane Mifflin. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Strandberg (Robert), Rose Schiller (Herbert), Peter Vandermyden (Susan) and Arthur Vandermyden (Stephanie); and her sibling An Groenen. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren nieces and nephews.
