She was predeceased by: her son Frank Jr. Dear; and her sister Mary Feeley. She is survived by: her husband Allan Melkert; her children, Arlene (Jim Cassey), Debbie Rich, Peggy Weibe, Kim Giroux and Bobby Schaffer (late Ann); her brother Ronnie Stachow; her grandchildren, Lee (Leslie), Jennie (Will), Shawn, Adam, Heather, Nicole, Jeffery and Mikel; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Joey, Natalina, Alex, Parker, Zachary, William, Lucas and Logan; her great great grandchild Xavier; and also, Sarah, Amanda, Katelyn, Harley, Jordy and Hannah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
